Contact Management helps you manage your list of clients, members, donors, and other contacts important to your organization. Record donations and membership fees, then email tax receipts and thank-you notes. Assign multiple seach tags to each contact, then search for contacts based on any combination of tags and financial transactions and optionally upload that list to MailChimp. Send email reminders when memberships are close to expiring. Use the website component to download online subscriptions and memberships.

You can even create new database fields, like Criminal Record Check date, and assign them to your contacts. And you can attach electronic files, like Photos or Registration Forms, to each contact.

Search for contacts based on a number of criteria including seach tags, financial transactions, city, age, and even new database fields you've created. Then print the report, send an email to the selected contacts, or upload the list to MailChimp.
